Job Purpose: The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing warehouse processes to support business objectives.Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of inventory. • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse. 2. Inventory Control & Stock Management • Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records. • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts. • Report discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution. 3. Order Fulfilment & Logistics • Work with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries / Loading/ Unloading. • Prepare shipping documents. 4. Compliance & Safety • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment. • Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures. 5. Coordination & Communication • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize workflow. • Address and resolve warehouse-related issues efficiently. • Assist in warehouse staff training and performance monitoring Required Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience. • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP software. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Proficiency in English is mandatory and Dutch (preferred). • Forklift certification is a plus. - Responsible for purchase and sales of Grains and Cereals. (Volumes, deliveries according to specs, margins, contract formulation and execution, and cost price calculations);
- Responsible for the inventory positions within category;
- Helps formulating the sales budgets for the category;
- Manages supplier relationships;
- Ensures optimal customer satisfaction;
- Responsible for handling of commercial issues/complaints;
- Suggests new trade opportunities and product development;
- Keeps track of international market developments;
- Keeps track of the results and suggests corrective action plans when needed;
- Contributes to continuously improve the work procedures and systems of the desk;
- Ensure all suppliers meet our stringent vendor approval requirements;
- Participates in and contributes to the sales meetings;
- Visits existing as well as potential customers and suppliers (inter)nationally;
- Visits trade related fairs.
- Minimum Bachelor level (ideally Organic International Trade);
- At least 5 years’ experience in a trade role in food & Grains business;
- Experience in an import/export environment and successful customer service experience;
- Affinity with food ingredients and the organic industry;
- Proven excellent communication skills – both verbal and written;
- Effective contract negotiation skills;Awareness of relevant prevailing quality and food safety regulations;
- Ability to solve challenging problems;
- Being able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work with minimal direction;
- Stress resistant;
- Proficiency of the English language (in writing and verbally) is a must; command of the Dutch,
- German language are a plus;

Job Summary: The Production SAP Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process within the SAP system. This role involves managing production data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the production team by ensuring all SAP-related tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:- SAP Production Module Management: o Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of production-related data in the SAP system, including bill of materials (BOM), work orders, and inventory data. o Update and monitor production orders in SAP, ensuring real-time accuracy and compliance. o Handle SAP Production Planning (PP) transactions, including creating and tracking production orders, routing, and scheduling.
- Production Planning: • Develop and execute production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders. • Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align schedules with business needs. • Monitor and adjust plans based on material availability, equipment capacity, and workforce allocation.
- Inventory Control: • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock. • Conduct periodic stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and reduce wastage. • Work closely with procurement to manage raw material and finished goods availability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: • Maintain records of production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillment. • Generate reports on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and stock discrepancies. • Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
