Job Purpose: At Nature Bio Foods BV a Pvt Label Sales lead will have full accountability to develop new business and growth opportunities and manage volumes and margins to generate efficiency margins for earnings and identify new business opportunities across the globe market and achieve assigned sales targets as per annual objectives. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision will assist our organization in growing into the future. Sales Head Responsibilities:
  • Work to develop new business and growth opportunities and manage volumes and margins to generate efficiency for manufacturing and margins for earnings.
  • To meet with retail clients to support and grow sales volume with existing Customers.
  • Attend international exhibitions/tradeshows and meetings to explore new markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across the globe market and achieve assigned sales targets as per annual objectives.
  • Establish/build effective relationships with consultants/customers in different regions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales, customer service, planning teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments.
  • Investigate new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers.
  • Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with customers.
  • Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies are followed.
  • Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and look to find winning solutions.
  • Developing, implementing and Participating growth and Profit strategies.
  • Training managers and staff, Developing the team.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity of all team members and improve their capabilities to achieve annual objectives.
  • Researching and identifying efficiency and Productive opportunities.
  • Service levels to Customers.

Your job tasks, responsibilities, and objectives:
  • Responsible for purchase and sales of Grains and Cereals. (Volumes, deliveries according to specs, margins, contract formulation and execution, and cost price calculations);
  • Responsible for the inventory positions within category;
  • Helps formulating the sales budgets for the category;
  • Manages supplier relationships;
  • Ensures optimal customer satisfaction;
  • Responsible for handling of commercial issues/complaints;
  • Suggests new trade opportunities and product development;
  • Keeps track of international market developments;
  • Keeps track of the results and suggests corrective action plans when needed;
  • Contributes to continuously improve the work procedures and systems of the desk;
  • Ensure all suppliers meet our stringent vendor approval requirements;
  • Participates in and contributes to the sales meetings;
  • Visits existing as well as potential customers and suppliers (inter)nationally;
  • Visits trade related fairs.
  For this challenging role you are required to have:
  • Minimum Bachelor level (ideally Organic International Trade);
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a trade role in food business;
  • Experience in an import/export environment and successful customer service experience;
  • Affinity with food ingredients and the organic industry;
  • Proven excellent communication skills – both verbal and written;
  • Effective contract negotiation skills;
  • Awareness of relevant prevailing quality and food safety regulations;
  • Ability to solve challenging problems;
  • Being able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work with minimal direction;
  • Stress resistant;
  • Proficiency of the English language (in writing and verbally) is a must; command of the Dutch, German language are a plus;
  • An "international" mind-set, result driven, attention to detail and a team player;
  • Independent risk/reward assessment;
  • Willingness to travel, also internationally (about 20% of your time).

Job Purpose: This role is at the intersection of warehouse management, food processing, documentation management and quality control. Key accountabilities:
  • Will work directly with the Operations Manager in setting up and operating the warehouse.
  • Operations of forklifts, pallet trucks and reach trucks are a part of this role. The Assistant will ensure that she/he has all the necessary licenses required to operate these equipment’s.
  • Will be responsible for inbound and outbound orders.
  • Will operate a CO2 fumigation unit for food ingredients after necessary training.
  • Will operate a repacking and silo loading unit after necessary training.
  • Will be trained in different aspects of Quality Control and will ensure that the SOPs are followed.
  • Will be trained in documentations related to inbound and outbound orders and will take ownership of maintaining the documentation SOP.
  • Will undertake other Operations and Quality related tasks as per the requirements of the company, and after discussion with the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the safe, efficient and environmentally compliant operation of the plant through the supervision of the operations shift teams.
  • Ensured team execution of the daily soluble and finished production plans.
  • Worked closely with support and management in troubleshooting and short-term process improvement of day-to-day operations.
  • Ensured the facility was operated within the key process parameters and that product was within customer specifications.
  • Responsible for managing on-shift execution of site power usage agreements in line with production plans and load reduction contracts.
  • Responsible for identifying required maintenance for the facility and ensuring that associated work requests were entered expediently.
  • Responsible for properly preparing the plant for maintenance, including safe work permitting, and returning the unit to serve in a timely manner upon completion.
  • Responsible for and facilitated the daily performance meeting in which the previous 24-hour performance was reported, improvements were discussed, and actions were allocated.
  • Key contact person for the entire shift and lead operational resources to execute production and maintenance schedules.
  • Measured performance against standards, identified gaps in performance and ensured that performance improvement actions were implemented to close gaps.
Qualifications:
  • Technical diploma or graduate.
  • Proficiency in operating machinery and scanners.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of working safely in a Plant environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspect and maintain plant machinery.
  • Plant operation Experience – 3-4 years.
