  • Responsibilities:  Use a forklift to load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items  Secure loads to the machine before transport to ensure safety  Utilize scanning technology to ensure correct products are picked, and inventory is kept updated  Communicate to staff regarding their dispatches  Inspect machinery to determine repair requirements and perform routine maintenance to ensure safety  Move materials packed on pallets around the facility as per requirement  Identify and resolve or report workplace safety hazards  Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures Qualifications:  High school diploma  Valid forklift certification  Proficiency in operating machinery and scanners  Good written and verbal communication skills  Knowledge of working safely in a warehouse environment  Demonstrated ability to inspect and maintain forklift and other machinery  Forklift operation Experience – 3-4 years  Behavior skills:  Good Communication skills  Teamwork  Ownership Salary Range: Euro 2200 to 2500 (Per month)

  • Job Summary: The Product Development cum Quality Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development of products and ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards. This role involves a combination of product innovation, quality assurance, and project management to bring new products from concept to market.Key Responsibilities: Product Development:
    1. Conceptualization and Design:
      • Collaborate with the product development team to brainstorm and design new products related to rice, Oil seed and other grains.
      • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products within the rice, Oil seed and other grains sector.
      • Develop product specifications and create prototypes for new products.
    2. Project Management:
      • Create and manage product development schedules, ensuring timely progression from ideation to market launch.
      • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, production, and supply chain, to align on product goals and timelines.
    3. Testing and Validation:
      • Oversee the creation of product samples and prototypes.
      • Coordinate and conduct product testing to validate design, functionality, taste, and nutritional value.
    Quality Coordination:
    1. Quality Assurance:
      • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures specific to rice, Oil seed and other grains products.
      • Monitor product quality throughout the development process to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, such as food safety and labeling regulations.
    2. Issue Resolution:
      • Identify and troubleshoot product quality issues, including sourcing and processing challenges.
      • Collaborate with the production team to resolve defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    3. Documentation and Reporting:
      • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications, testing results, and quality assurance activities.
      • Prepare and present reports on product development progress and quality metrics to senior management.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development and/or quality assurance, preferably in the rice and grain industry.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in the rice and grain industry.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in food product development and quality assurance in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
  • As a Process Operator in the rice industry, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery and equipment used in the production and processing of rice. Your primary goal will be to ensure that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high-quality standards. You and the team are responsible for realizing the production process with the aim of realizing the planned production in accordance with customer specifications and set standards with regard to safety, food safety, quality and production performance. Machine Operations: Operate various machinery and equipment involved in the processing of rice, including but not limited to milling machines, separators, polishers, and packaging equipment Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes closely to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions or quality concerns. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on rice products to ensure that they meet the specified standards for size, moisture content, purity, and other quality parameters. Take corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality standards. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Keep work areas clean and organized to prevent contamination and maintain hygiene standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production volumes, quality control data, equipment maintenance logs, and any incidents or issues encountered during production. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors, quality control inspectors, and maintenance technicians, to coordinate production activities and address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
  • Quality & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require vocational or technical training). - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food processing industry. - Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively. - Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks accurately. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Education & Experience: - Preferably a diploma in the process industry or comparable - Supplemented with 2-3 years of relevant work experience. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch, English language knowledge is a plus. - Computer knowledge (MS Office functions: Excel/Word) is Plus. - Forklift certificate is a plus. Customs Compliance - Ensure adherence to all customs regulations and laws from the customs broker for organic and Conventional food shipments. - Keep up-to-date with changes in customs laws and regulations. - Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation and declarations and liase and work with Customs agent of the company 2. Import Operations Management: - Oversee the entire import process from order placement to delivery. - Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. transporters, 3p Warehouse providers. - Ensure timely and cost-effective importation of goods with no Demmurages and Detentions 3. Documentation and Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate records of all import transactions. - Ensure all import documentation is complete and compliant. - Implement and manage electronic documentation systems including Agrims and other Food imports related documents 4. Vendor and Supplier Management: - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers. - Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers. - Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues. 5. Cost Management: - Monitor and control import-related costs, reduce any Demurage and Detention - Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. - Prepare and manage budgets for import activities. 6. Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate risks associated with imports. - Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions. - Ensure compliance with import controls and sanctions. 7. Process Improvement: - Continuously review and improve import processes and procedures. - Implement best practices in customs and import management. - Leverage technology to streamline import operations. 8. Regulatory Liaison: - Serve as the main point of contact with customs authorities. - Address any issues or disputes with customs officials. - Ensure timely resolution of any compliance or regulatory matters. 9. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the safe, efficient and environmentally compliant operation of the plant through the supervision of the operations shift teams.
  • Ensured team execution of the daily soluble and finished production plans.
  • Worked closely with support and management in troubleshooting and short-term process improvement of day-to-day operations.
  • Ensured the facility was operated within the key process parameters and that product was within customer specifications.
  • Responsible for managing on-shift execution of site power usage agreements in line with production plans and load reduction contracts.
  • Responsible for identifying required maintenance for the facility and ensuring that associated work requests were entered expediently.
  • Responsible for properly preparing the plant for maintenance, including safe work permitting, and returning the unit to serve in a timely manner upon completion.
  • Responsible for and facilitated the daily performance meeting in which the previous 24-hour performance was reported, improvements were discussed, and actions were allocated.
  • Key contact person for the entire shift and lead operational resources to execute production and maintenance schedules.
  • Measured performance against standards, identified gaps in performance and ensured that performance improvement actions were implemented to close gaps.
Qualifications:
  • Technical diploma or graduate.
  • Proficiency in operating machinery and scanners.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of working safely in a Plant environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspect and maintain plant machinery.
  • Plant operation Experience – 3-4 years.

Responsibilities:

  •  Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee files/ Contracts, updating HRIS records, and processing HR-related paperwork.  Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration tasks as needed.  Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.  Follow-up with third parties for VISA & other administrative support to employees.
  • Compliance and Policy implementation:
  •  Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.  Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the factory.  Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and assist in communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Qualification & Experience:
  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.  2-3 year’s Previous experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.  Knowledge of Dutch labour laws and regulations.  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
