Job Summary:
The Production SAP Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production
process within the SAP system. This role involves managing production data, maintaining accurate
records, and supporting the production team by ensuring all SAP-related tasks are completed efficiently
and in compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- SAP Production Module Management:
o Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of production-related data in the SAP system,
including bill of materials (BOM), work orders, and inventory data.
o Update and monitor production orders in SAP, ensuring real-time accuracy and
compliance.
o Handle SAP Production Planning (PP) transactions, including creating and tracking
production orders, routing, and scheduling. - Production Planning:
• Develop and execute production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align schedules with business
needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans based on material availability, equipment capacity, and workforce
allocation. - Inventory Control:
• Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock.
• Conduct periodic stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and reduce wastage.
• Work closely with procurement to manage raw material and finished goods availability. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Maintain records of production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
• Generate reports on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and stock discrepancies.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. - Coordination & Communication:
• Act as a bridge between production, sales, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure timely communication of any delays, issues, or changes in production schedules.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or
related field. - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in PPIC, supply chain, or production planning roles.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Production Planning (PP) and other related modules (MM, QM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations is a plus.
Preference:
• SAP certification in Production Planning (PP) module.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives or ERP implementation projects.

Salary Range:
Euro 2700 to 3200
