Job Purpose:
The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing warehouse processes to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
2. Inventory Control & Stock Management
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
3. Order Fulfilment & Logistics
• Work with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries / Loading/ Unloading.
• Prepare shipping documents.
4. Compliance & Safety
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures.
5. Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize workflow.
• Address and resolve warehouse-related issues efficiently.
• Assist in warehouse staff training and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory and Dutch (preferred).
• Forklift certification is a plus.
