Nature Bio Foods conducts Processing, Packaging Cleaning, Co2 treatment and Warehousing operations out of Maasvlakte – Rotterdam and some third party operations out of many countries in Europe.


  • Coordinate with job agencies for new positions.
     Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements on LinkedIn &
    Company job portal, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
     Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates regarding their
    application status.
     Assist in conducting background checks and verifying employment references.
  • Employee On boarding and releasing
  •  Support the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing employment
    contracts and orientation materials.
     Coordinate new employee orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition into the
     Assist in off boarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing
    necessary documentation.
  • Employee Relation:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and
    accurate responses.
     Assist in resolving employee disputes and conflicts in collaboration with the Global HR
     Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Training & Development:
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs for employees.
     Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and
    arranging materials.
     Track employee participation in training activities and maintain training records.
  • HR Administration:
  •  Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee
    files/ Contracts, updating HRIS records, and processing HR-related paperwork.
     Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration tasks as needed.
     Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
     Follow-up with third parties for VISA & other administrative support to employees.
  • Compliance and Policy implementation:
  •  Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
     Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the factory.
     Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and assist in communicating
    updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Qualification & Experience:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a
    related field.
     2-3 year’s Previous experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a
    manufacturing or factory environment.
     Knowledge of Dutch labour laws and regulations.
     Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
     Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
     Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
