  • Key Result Areas (KRA) Office Admin / Reception
    1. Office Administration:
    – Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
    – Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    – Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
    – Oversee office maintenance and repair services.
    2. **Team Management:**
    – Supervise administrative staff such as cleaning companys , support companys and provide guidance
    and support.
    – Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
    – Ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
    3. **Budget Management:**
    – Manage and monitor office expenses and budgets.
    – Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
    – Prepare financial reports and forecasts and ensuring alliances with Commercial team.
    4. **Communication and Coordination:**
    – Facilitate effective communication between departments and with external stakeholders.
    – Organize and manage meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up.
    – Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
    5. **Compliance and Policy Management:**
    – Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    – Maintain and update administrative policies and procedures.
    – Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    6. **Records Management:**
    – Oversee the management of office records and documentation.
    – Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
    – Implement and maintain electronic records management systems.
    7. **Event Planning and Management:**
    – Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
    – Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
    – Ensure events are executed smoothly and within budget.
    8. **Visitor Management:**
    – Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained during Visits.
    – Address and resolve any issue with Visitors
    – Train staff
    9. **Technology Management:**
    – Oversee the maintenance and operation of office equipment and IT systems.
    – Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical issues.
    – Implement new technologies to improve office efficiency.
    10. **Reporting:**
    – Prepare and present regular reports on office activities and performance.
    – Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
    11: Support HR Programs
    – Support HR Programs
    – Act as HR in absence of HR programs
    12: Finance Support
    – Coordination with Finance dept for NL / India operations
    – Keeping records of Invoices in absence of Finance person
